Apple Spice MixThis easy to make recipe is the perfect blend of spices for adding fab flavours and mouthwatering aromas to all your fruit pies, desserts and puddings, not just your apple pies. Using a tasty blend of warming spices: coriander, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and allspice, it's probably my most used dessert and pudding flavouring. Ingredients: (makes about 4-5 tbsp)2 tbsp coriander seeds1 tbsp caraway seeds (optional) 4 tsp allspice berries 2 tsp nutmeg powder 2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp whole cloves 3 inch piece cinnamon stick tbsp = tablespoon Directions:
That's all there is to it! Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. Use within 3 months.
