Homemade Curry Powder MixThis easy to make mix is the perfect blend of spicea for adding superb, authentic flavours and mouthwatering aromas to all your homemade Indian dishes. Makes about 7 tbsp3 tbsp coriander seeds2 tbsp cumin seeds 2 tsp allspice berries 2 tsp peppercorns 2 tsp paprika powder 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp ginger powder 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp fennel seeds 1-2 tsp salt 10 green cardamom pods tbsp = tablespoon Directions:
That's all there is to it! Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. Use within 3 months. Note: You could dry toast the coriander, cumin and fennel seeds along with the cardamom pods, peppercorns and allspice berries prior to grinding and combining.
