Homemade Curry PowderThis homemade blend is super easy to make. It's very versatile and will add fab authentic flavours and gorgeous aromas to your homemade Indian meals. Makes about 6-7 tbsp3 tbsp coriander seeds2 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp black peppercorns 2-3 tsp chili powder 2 tsp fennel seeds 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp ginger powder 2 tsp turmeric powder 12-15 green cardamom pods 1-2 tsp salt tbsp = tablespoon Directions:
That's all there is to it! Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. Use within 3 months. Note: You could dry toast the peppercorns, cardamom pods, cumin, fennel and coriander seeds before grinding. This really brings out their flavours and aromas!
