Homemade Lebanese 7 SpiceLebanese seven spice is a popular recipe used in Lebanon and throughout North Africa. Easy-to-make, in minutes you'll be enjoying authentic flavours and aromas in your lamb and beef dishes. Makes about 6-7 tbsp2 tbsp fenugreek seeds2 tbsp black peppercorns 2 tbsp allspice berries 1 tbsp ginger powder 1 whole nutmeg 2 tsp cloves 1 x 3 inch piece cinnamon tbsp = tablespoon Directions:
