This is a super easy brisket rub recipe to make and will add fabulous flavours and aromas to your beef briskets. Whether you're barbecuing, smoking or oven cooking, this peppery blend of seven ingredients only takes minutes to put together from start to finish. Note: I often use a few whole spices which I then grind and combine with other ingredients when making my recipes. However, what happens if you don't have whole available? Ingredients: (makes about 8-9 tablespoons)
3 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp chili powder
4 tsp fine sea salt
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp ground cumin
tbsp = tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon

Store your rub in an airtight jar, in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. Use within 3 months
before making more.
