What You'll Need: (makes 2 cups)
A largish piece of fresh ginger root for grating
1 tbsp dried dandelion (optional)
Half a lime
Optional sweetener e.g honey/sugar/agave nectar etc
Enough water for 2 cups
A grater
tbsp = tablespoon
